Collaboration with UNTOLD / Issuru is a small village in Karnataka believed to have been the first to win freedom from the British in a struggle that sprung in 1942, five years before India's Independence. These are depictions of a series of events narrated by the last two survivors of the struggle, Huchuraayappa (111)  and Halamma, (98).
